Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PagePunch (“the Service”), operated from India. By using the Service you agree to them.

1. What PagePunch does

PagePunch fetches a public web page you provide and returns automated suggestions to improve its conversion rate. Suggestions are informational; we make no guarantee of any specific business outcome or revenue increase.

2. Acceptable use

You may only submit URLs you own or are authorized to analyze. You must not use the Service to attack, overload, or probe systems you do not control, or to violate any law.

3. Accounts & billing

The free tier includes one teardown per month. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in INR and USD; applicable taxes (including GST in India) are added where required.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid plan at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PagePunch is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the suggestions.

6. Changes
